At The Compleat Sculptor, Inc, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tools and materials; if an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unopened packaging. Please note that certain hazardous materials, custom-mixed patinas, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and not listed as a non-returnable hazardous material or custom order.

• 2.
  Obtain Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them to our Manhattan warehouse using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
